I really don't have a "need" for a probiotic or prebiotic at this particular stage. My irritable tummy has settled down nicely it's own and I eat yogurt on a regular basis. I did, though, take enough of the Microbiome Plus+ GI capsules to note that they did not cause any distress to my system. I found them to be wonderfully packaged in bubble packs and boxes where you could see just how much per week you were taking. Nice!
These should certainly be beneficial to those with a need to rebalance their flora in their tummy and gut. I'm not an authority, but I recognize the usefulness of products such as this.
